Tfg ****

I was harrased by tfg when my account fell into arrears. Received phone calls, emails and sms's almost everyday and each time they communicate with me it was billed into my account. R20 phone call, R10 email and R2 sms. Despite making arrangements they just kept on calling and harrasing me so they can make money. I then requested them to cancel my cellphone insurance since it was adding to my debt and no longer needed it. I was reassured that it's cancelled. June I paid the whole amount due, all of a sudden the cellphone insurance gets re instated. I sent them an email and asked them to close the account and remove that R75 insurance that was billed because i have canceled it. They responded and me that the account will be closed and the insurance premiums will be reversed. Now all of a sudden today im receiving an email from tfg today stating that my account is again in arrears of R76 (cellphone insurance) they are again doing their **** business of adding email fees whilst i have already asked them to close the account. Im tired of tfg and if they dont stop with this nonsense im opening a ******** case against them.
