TFG don't care anymore

I've now been to sportscene Table Bay mall twice in 1 month to requst an IBT and have been told twice that I'll be contacted once the item arrives. No phone call yet. 1 month and counting. I have noticed TFG service levels dropping drastically. Probably just mimicking the current depression in S.A.
