TFG DOES NOT HAVE RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS

Kindly be informed that this matter is still pending, not yet resolved. I was given the reference number RM-34749 since the 23/03/2021.I am the one who make follow up with foshini ,the have never made any efforts to call me ,or whatsoever. This account was opened on the 22/01/2021 but to so far I am not happy I regret taking this decision of opening this account. When I called on the 26 the Consult told me to give them until tuesday but today again I called to check if I will still receive the very same response but to my surprised I got a different response. I was told that soo far nothing has been done into this account. I opened this account on the 22/01/2021 but my experience with Foshini is nothing but hell.With in 2months period with this account and the amount of 5300 being paid and they still says the account is in arrears.

I am giving foshini until this Wednesday to resolve this ******* not so Thursday I close this account for good .because I opened this account to assist my credit score nothing else,but it seems like I did not do myself any justice at all.I am soo ****ed off.

I have opened truworths account last year December and I have never experienced this ****.Thuworths is the best shame.
