TFG Discount Vouchers - Rip-off

<p>I purchased a birthday gift for R899 less R150 TFG Rewards Voucher from Total Sports, Blue Route on Saturday, 18 Feb. On Tuesday, 21 Feb at Total Sports Kenilworth Centre I went to swap out the product for the same retail value of R899. However, TFG expected me to pay in R150 becase the full retail would not be credited as TFG Rewards voucher was used. What an embarassment it would have been if I sent the person whom I bought the gift for to swap it out - He would have had to pay in R150.</p> <p>Then Nuraan, from Total Sports called the TFG call centre was sent from pillar to post. Then she phoned her manager, Chevonne and Chevonne called her manager Craig. At the end the decision was to use a store R100 voucher to meet me halfway but I still had to use of my cash/TFG credit to supplement the balance.</p> <p>Rip-off, I tell you because why could they not do a direct swap or why could the full retail value not be credited?</p>
