TFG Device Insurance the Pits!!!

TFG monitor insurance will make you run from pillar to post. The incompetence is on another level. A claim for a tablet was approved last week and I was not notified. Had to phone this week to follow up. I was told that a voucher has been loaded and I can purchase the device at any TFG store. I get to the store, after paying the access, I'm told that they can't scan the device. The error message states that only a headset device can be authorized. Now tell me...why on earth would I want to get a cellphone when the initial device was a tablet. Please make this make sense. It's not the first time I've insured with them and encountered such ridiculous issues with a claim. I hate myself for keep going back. Now I have to visit the store again. Talk about time wasted.
