TFG device insurance is the worse

I have 2 cellphone insurance with TFG. I been paying for that insurance since 02 January 2024 One of the phones got ****** on 20 march 2026. Til today I am trying to claim from it but nothing. If I dont call they wont call me. If I do call there is always missing information or not the right information....
