TFG ***** Department Inaction

I was a victim of *****ulent activity during the month of December 2023, someone opened a TotalSports account using my details and maxed the account on the 6th of December 2023. As soon as I became aware of it, I contacted TFG and went to the police station to open a case on the 8th of December 2023. I have made various phone calls since that date following up on this case. Today (2024/02/16) I made a call and I was put on hold for a really long time until I dropped the call.

There's still no update on my case, no one has contacted me to inform me on the progress of the case. Basically, I'm approaching 3 months without a concrete conclusion on my case.
