Tfg customer service poor service for *****ulent charges

Horrible experience I get charged for unauthorized charge on 23 August 2023 in store,store advisor does not even advise me of the jet club magazine they just add it to my account without advising me off this, spoke to tfg customer services they gave me a poor delivery for a goodwill gesture for only three months when someone decided to add *****ulent charges on my account.the fact that I must pay for someone else *****ulent activity is extremely disgusting.tfg treat there customers unfairly cause no way if I worked for tfg I would treat customers unfairly
