TFG customer service is pathetic

I am employed on contract basis, opened an account with Sneaker factory, went to Jet in August to buy something and I was told that my account is bloecked and reason being is that my contract is ending soon. How come this was never communicated with me? TFG is a ****, they blocked my account without my knowledge so that I won't have to claim from the insurance, by the time I found out this, the insurance was cancelled also. I did not pay my August installment and the agents are busy calling me when they failed to call me and let me know that my account was going to be blocked. Previously I have never missed a payment with TFG and some I would pay over the installment amount, but TFG decided to act like a ****a shop instead of a formal legitimate business.
