TFG & CREDIT SOLUTIONS FAILING TO REMOVE INCORRECT DETAILS
<p>For the past month or so, TFG as Well as Credit Solutions, had been calling me and requesting to speak to a person other than myself, after informing them on numerous occasions they still pestering me looking for the same person. I even went to the extent of calling their head-office and customer services department to log the complaint, the agent assured me that the number would be removed. This is quiet infuriating and i am sure legal action would be the next step, as I have not given them or anybody consent to use my contact details, on behalf of somebody else.</p> <p> </p>

I honestly cannot truly express my disgust with the TFG and Credit Solutions. This is by far, the most incompetant people I have dealt with, I have spoken on numerous occasions with their various departments, requesting the removal of my contact details from someone elses profile. The mess up is on their side, and i have to bear the brunt of this.
I thought that this issue had been resolved but i am still receiving the same calls and this Morning, Simone Pienaar, from Credit Solutions, calls me, she even stated to me that she saw a message on the system, but still calls the incorrect number (suprisingly) and to top it off, she tries to insinuate that I am that person, Please people get your act together, REMOVE MY CONTACT DETAILS FROM THAT PERSONS PROFILE. I DO NOT KNOW WHO THAT PERSON IS AND HAVE NOT GIVEN ANYONE CONSENT TO USE MY CONTACT DETAILS.
