TFG Create Bogus Charges and Interest

They are literally just making up cost and interest. I missed one month, ONE MONTH, and currently paying more than the 10% deposit a month, yet my account is actually not going down because they keep piling on bogus fees like phone call, col letter, SMS and emails fees (even when they haven't called or if I have just deposited money.
