TFG connect insurance is the worst, avoid it at any cost.

This is the second time I'm writing about this insurance. Since my first disappointment I received a call from Veronica who said she would assist promptly. Everything she promised to do, she never did. My phone is still dissapointly lying with Jet. Over 4 months now. I sent a follow-up email to her and it was responded by Luyanda who said Veronica is on maternity leave and she will assist. She is not only not replying to my emails but I received 0 feedback from Her. I'm really ****ed of with TFG's insurance and would highly not recommend it to anyone, it's a rip-off with horrible service :(
