Tfg confirmed delivery, but it never happened
I have eventually received a email from e-commerce yesterday, stating that my online order was being delivered yesterday the 10th December. I even phoned and spoke to a lady named Lynn from tfg who confirmed that my order is out on delivery and showing on their system it is being delivered, and of course having waited all week thinking this is over today finally, my package still has not arrived, how ironic, I should have known it would not arrive! I have even mailed a anthony thunstrom who is supposed to be the ceo of tfg, not even he replies. Seriously lacking confidence in their ability to honour delivering packages or any further communication from them is just a smoke screen.

11 Dec 2020, 09:18RM282991 is the last reference number that was sent and still not resolved, now there is another new reference number logged today RM283974, both apparently with highest priority or urgency for the same issue.
I don't know how exactly I am supposed to react to this, the point is, I paid for goods that were supposed to have been delivered, this has not been honoured.
I still have no one from management contacting me to offer a resolution. My parcel is apparently not even with courier it anymore, but another courier service, I have no tracking number, I don't know who is supposed to deliver. When you state highest priority, does that mean measly feedback via email again next week sometime from another email, to again say delivery will occur next week 'sometime'.
What exactly are you going to do to get this package to me today?
