TFG Competitions

In October 2020 I received an sms saying I had won a R1000 voucher in the TFG magazine's Shoprite/Checkers competition. I contacted TFG by telephone to verify and could not get an answer. I then went to shoprite and checkers but they couldn't verify. I sent an email, twice, to TFG but got no reply. I phoned them again and got no help. The voucher does not seem to exist but my name appeared in their June 2020 magazine. Their own customer services was confused by this. I would like an answer though, as it speaks to their credibility.
