TFG collections harrasment

I gave this rating because of how harrased I have been by TFG collections people as if I am a ********. These people dont even look at how you have been treating the account, they just put everyone is the same hat, humanity and lending an ear go a long way in the customer services industry.How can I make a purchase in October 2024 then my installment increases in January and I get harassed like that!!! I keep paying Nov and Dec and no communication of any default Boom in January i am a defaulter.Furthermore my credit record of 20 years has been ruined by tfg's lame policies/processes or systems or people. A lady at credit arrangement was very clueless, and makes one wonder how will she assist people who find themselves in situations where they really need to arrange for payments to avoid such treatment.

In the same breath I want to thank Thapelo, customer services agent and his colleague and and Sebolelo foschini representative at Festival Mall, their patience understanding made my day.
