TFG charging undue interest on accounts

I have logged an account dispute with TFG forensics for unauthorized purchase on my TFG account, the investigation took almost 3 months before it was settled but they continued to charge me interest on disputed amount. I have tried to get help from the forensic department and customer service but both department are blaming each other and non of them is willing to help.
