TFG cellphone insurance is the worst cellphone insurance!!!!

On the 30th of December I took my cell phone which was covered for repairs under TFG cellphone insurance to a Markham store in King William's Town in Maclean street . I never received any response after taking the phone. A month later I went to check on the progress of the claim only to be told it was going to be submitted then since they had forgotten about it. Eventually got a call around February from the TFG group which I think is called finrite who told me that the claim was escalated and was never contacted again. Today, 5 months later I went to check again since there was no response, only to be told the device was never taken from the store to begin with and they promised to make arrangements for the device to be collected during the week. Due to not being able to Deal with such unprofessional behavior I was forced to take my device to repair it myself and cancelled all my 3 cell phone insurance covers I had with TFG. They have truly disappointed me and proven to be the most unreliable cell phone insurance, I've never missed a single payment for all these years yet when claiming they never delivered.
