TFG Cellphone Insurance Claim

It's been 3 weeks now and and I'm not getting any joy from them. I would like to get get a prompt response from them with regards to my claim. The only person I am getting anything from them is the store assistant where I claimed the phone from.

TFG Insurance, they are taking their clients for granted. I will not be taking taking any insurance with them. Their service sucks.
