TFG Careless Customer Care

I have an account with TFG. And I’m not happy. There was a day I went to Mall@Carnival Jet Store and there were sales people that said if I have a jet card I would get a discount voucher, unbeknownst to me, they were signing me up for a subscription. I’ve called twice to try cancel it as I was decieved but looks like that’s impossible.

Secondly, I called twice to try make an arrangement to pay the account on a different day as my pay day has moved but I wasn’t helped both times and now im being told that I keep making late payments even though I’ve tried communicating that I can’t make payments on the 1st. Honestly feels like TFG just wants money from its customers but doesn’t care about them at all. I’d definitely not recommend having an account with them.

Imagine paying your account monthly and not buying anything but the amount does not decrease?
