TFG card/account problems

We have been clients of Foshini / TFG for over 25 years. We have never missed a payment or had any problems. Our card was lost a few months ago and we have not used the account for some time. We did get a new one and after being on the phone at the foshini shop in Scottsburg, for about 30min we were able to unblock the account. We then went on to Jet to by on our account shoes and few other items as foshini did not sell mens shoes. After that purchase the card was blocked again due to suspicious transactions. I paid the account on the 31st and got a email yesterday on the 1st that it's not paid. This has caused so much unnecessary hassle that I don't think will ever use this account again.
