TFG card *****

On the 22nd of August 2024 i received a call from TFG ***** department, they had asked if I got my new card that i received on the 22nd of August. My reply was that firstly i didn't lose the card and secondly i was not purchasing anything and my balance remaining was R1900. Tfg is really *********** why is it that we go through the same thing over and over again? why are purchases not verified? you pick this up hours later just when the account has been wiped out? i've been with TFG for a very long time this is the thanks I get from them? this is really sad.
