TFG blocked account

If I could give it a zero rating I would. I have a clothing account with TFG and my daughter has a secondary account. My account was blocked for some reason. I called the call centre number and they said I should go into a store , I went into volpes Bloemfontein and due to them being a new store with TFG they didn’t have the system to unblock the card so they called the ***** department to assist with the unblocking of my account. The agent that works at the call centre was extremely rude with both me and the store assistant telling me he doesn’t want to hear my ID number from me but from the store assistant. I struggled with this ***** department agent for 1 whole hour. And after that hour he said the account will be unblocked within 5 minutes ,4 days later my account is not still not unblocked but TFG still expects their money every month. I don’t know what else to do at this point.
