TFG block account so no refunds can be made
After 9 months I still have had no response from TFG. My account is in a credit, which means TFG owes me money but yet the account is blocked. My account was blocked for no reason and till today, more than 9 months later I have not been able to close my account or unblock it. This is truly the most pathetic service I have ever experienced. The pure incompetence that TFG continues to show is very sad to see.
