TFG - ********* Billing

The way they bill is *****ulent and I believe they need to be shutdown. I battled to get a statement out of them because they know one can pick up their devious billing of telephone calls and SMSs. Finally after more than 20 calls from them (which they bill you for) since my last payment end March '25 I have picked up their ways of robbing people of their hard earned money. Why would you send someone's account to a legal dept after just delaying on a month's payment? That is ridiculous! The Ombudsman needs to close down that TFG/Bash group.

I also believe their **** is targeted at illiterate people who can't understand their ********* billing.

You get offered money to spend on clothes or whatever items their outlets offer. Before even 6 months the money you spent has doubled because of their ridiculous interest and crazy amount of their tel calls and SMSs, even when you pay monthly with some delays here and there. That is why they are reluctant to send out monthly statements. They are a bunch of ****** targeting either the low earning/under privileged or unemployed population.

I plan to go into one of their branches tomorrow to talk to a Senior Manager and close the account immediately or let them be fully exposed at a bigger scale. At this stage they deserve to be exposed on platforms like Carte Blanche. Their staff whom I believe is based in CPT is also very rude and condescending as they see their targets as illiterate and ********.
