TFG biggest mistake is BASH

I am an avid @home shopper for years. I received the most shocking parcel broken open from BASH and contents within are dirty and threads caught. The parcel contents are just under R3000 in value.

I was forced to use BASH to exchange 2 curtains. To return the curtains for another colour where the constantia branch cannot receive from other branches so an e card was created and a bash order done. Absolutely shocking the state of the parcel and the contents.
