TFG / BASH QUALITY DISAPPOINTING ME

I purchase from TFG via Bash website often, and find that I increasingly encounter serious quality issues with my orders.

This past Sunday I placed an order (B***-01), which included the Textured Metallic Envelope Clutch Bag, and the Luella Diamante Curved Strap heels. Both of which I need for an event this Friday! The bag arrives with a scratch at the back - visible. About 4cm long. The heels arrive looking as if they have been worn before - satin fraying slightly by the sides, underside with black marks and smudging, presumably from walking.

I have previously received 2 x Luella boots (one order, B***-01) in similar condition a few months ago, and returned them. On yet another order, I received the Tempo watch and 3x earrings gift set missing an earring! I had to drive to American Swiss the next day to return it.

However this time, I am in a fix due to the event I am attending on Friday. Therefore, I really don’t have enough time to return, re-order, or visit a physical store. Hence this review.

TFG and Bash, please, I really do love your merchandise and I am a regular online shopper with you, but this quality aspect is becoming frequent and a serious problem. Many of your competitors that I buy from such as MyRunway, Michael Kors, Steve Madden and others deliver quality items to customers always. And to think I purchase from you more than any other store.
