TFG BASH Poor resolutions for incorrectly completed orders and checkout system glitches during promotions..

I made an online(BASH) purchase during a 30% off promotion and they delivered incorrect items. After I made them aware of this, they offered to collect the wrong items, and refund me. I complained that I would be missing out on getting the items on the promotional price if they do that, but they said all they can do is give me a discount voucher for the inconvenience. I thought this was a solution as I could re-purchase my items using that voucher, but discovered that some of the items are now on a different promotion so the voucher won't apply to them & if I buy them on that promo, I would save less that I did with the 30% off. I made them aware of this, but they said there's nothing they can do. Even after I made numerous suggestions of solutions that would ensure that I get my items at the prices that I had initially bought them with. What has me disgruntled is the fact that they don't have a system in place for ensuring that if a customer receives incorrect items while purchasing on sale or promotion, they can send the incorrect items back and recieve the items they had initially bought at the prices they had bought them with without getting affected by current sales or promotions that were not there when the customer was buying initially. They care more about respecting their systems than resolving problems that they themselves cause customers. They are also very happy to tell you about how they cannot give you what you need because their systems do not allow that. If you purchase on Bash while there's a promotion and your order is done incorrectly, you're done for. It's as if they hope that you'll take a refund and walk away so that they will have one less customer who bought items at a lesser price. In the same breath, their online systems have a "glitch" sometimes that makes checking out impossible during certain promotions that they run as if to limit the number of people who get to buy, or the number of times you get to buy during a promotion. The Foschini Group's BASH will excite you with promotions and then leave you frustrated. After frustrating you, they will offer you a discount voucher apology that will still require you to spend money on them to benefit from. They do not care about resolving complaints satisfactorily.

I am disappointed.
