TFG BASH App Complaint

I had an awful experience with this new TFG BASH App. Ordered an item and paid for it successfully. The order was confirmed and then after 2 days I received an email stating that they are not able to source the item and that they would refund my money in 48 hours however the item was still showing as in stock online. Ordered another item only to receive the same email now it's been over 4 days and there has been no confirmation of a refund, no response to my emails or any form of contact from their customer service team. I would not wish this experience even on my worst enemy.
