Tfg bad service

So somewhere in January one of tfg customer services called me and told me that I have been selected as one of they lucky customers who have won a 2500r voucher they said i can buy clothes with it or simply paid my account forward with it and also a 1000r shopping voucher at shoprite they said i didn't need to pay them back because only they best customers and the ones who they selected get these vouchers so i said okay and thank u and then they ask me about these magazines that could get you discounts when you go and shop at any shoprite or spar stores so i said okay yes who doesn't want 700r discount from a 1000r bill that's what the guy told me so this morning when i look at my account all these stuff was being added to my bill some even say un none why are these people ****ing me i didn't get the 2500r voucher neither the 1000r voucher and I've always paid my account ontime now they ****med me for adding stuff to my account that I didn't get I'm so done with them only going to pay my account and close it
