TFG bad exprience (I didn't sign for JetClub)

Kindly assist me with my problem with TFG Jetclub.

I was made to join a funeral Called JETCLUB cover without my knowledge i didn't ask for it and now one has explained anything to me about it. I just saw on the statement that my installment for my TFG account (Sportscene) includes the Jetclub which is a funeral cover from Jet store.

I went to Jet Store the other day and they gave me a phone to call their call center to have it removed they said it has been remove and I would not be billed anymore i also received an sms to show that it had been canceled here is the sms: Dear TFG policyholder. You have cancelled your Jet Club product. Insurance product, billing of the premium + insurance cover have stopped. To reinstate your product + cover, or for queries contact ***. FSP32719. Insurer: Guardrisk. To my surprise, the following month's statement still included the funeral cover a few days after I then received policy documents for things I didn't sign for.
