TFG bad customer service/no refund
I bought 3 clothing items online, only two were delivered. They kept quiet until I raised the issue, only then do they notify me that the item is out of stock. I ask for a refund/store credit & it takes ages for them to issue a refund of the incorrect amount. At this point I do not get any human responses back to my emails.
