Tfg bad customer Service

Tfg online bad experience. I ordered a Tv 55 inch Tv and they deliver pair of snickers.But they deduct money for Tv.I have trying to call their customer service it is so bad and poor.They dont care all they saying we are busy investigating. Why so poor service in such a big brand.Suck make me angry!Tfg they dont give a **** bout customer's. Wondering if i will ever recieve my Tv or my refund.
