I opened a account on the 21st march 2025 and made a purchase totaling R2400 however funaral cover was added to the account and magazine and ect, without my knowledge resulting a balance of R2553 I've been paying account since April 2025 and last payment was 31st Aug and the balance remains R2553 i called they customer serives they didnt even have the dignity to apologize for they incompetence i wasted my airtime on a bondeltjie *** .mind you yesterday i received sms with my September statement and the ****ing amount is still R2553. LOL 😂 TFG and on top of that they still call to explain to me they have installed a dental cover whatever..the audacity!!
