On Saturday 2024-Nov-30 I paid R1000 at Markham Queenstown Nonesi mall thinking that I am paying my Markham account, I used my ID Document because I forgot my Markham card at home, few days later I am getting e-mails and SMS stating that I did not pay my Markham account only to find out that the payment I have made went straight to my JET store account. On the 06 Dec 2024 I wrote an e-mail to *** to check the matter and they rep**** on the 11 Dec 2024 saying I should give them my 6 digits on my bank card and last 4... till now I did not get anything from them. On the 14 Dec 2024 I wrote am e-mail again telling them that my payment went to my JET account but I have not received any reply.

Today I called the Queenstown Markham Store and somebody suggested that I should call Rcs, RCS said they see the payment that I have made but they can not send it to my Markham account they will refund me I should provide them with my bank details.
