TFG are *******

I called One2One on the 26th November 2019 and canceled two contracts. I have been trying to cancel them for three months and was eventually successful. Or so I thought. At the end of December the contracts were still active. I called in January again only to be told it would be canceled asap. It wasn't. I eventually complained via email and was informed after many days of sending the same email, that manual deactivation was requested from mtn on the 29th Jan 2020, but that tfg could not commit to any turnaround time. It is now the 8th of Feb and these contracts are still active.

The same contracts that were canceled on the 26th Nov 2019, that I am still paying for. My money is being ******!!!! Shame on you tfg. I have been a loyal client for 20+ years. So this is the last month I oay my account. I refuse to continue paying for something I do not want and have not requested. Let's see what your response will be... Oh and refund me my money. You took it without authorisation.
