Beyond terrible. I'm actually gob-smacked that every month I pay my TFG account, and every month, a couple of days before my payment date, I get a call saying I haven't paid! Are you retarded?

The worse part is that, yesterday, I received and otp from my banking app for TFG trying to debit order my account WITHOUT PERMISSION!! *******!
