TFG are ****ming people when they pay their accounts!!!!

Every month I pay my account, yet instead of the amount decreasing, it increases and I’m ending up having to pay more and more. Such **** going on. For the past few months my account has gone from around R2500, to me now me owing R4000. How is this possible if I’m paying every single month. F***ing ****ming people and making them pay more and never bringing down the amount.
