TFG - Appalled, disgusted, shocked and an absolute joke of a place to deal with

This must be the worst place to shop from online. This is only but the second time that I am purchasing from this company. I bought a pair of shoes as a gift for someone and after requesting that they be delivered to a mall in my area, I collected the package from the store I selected. Upon receiving the item, we noticed that the box had been crushed,. In addition straps were missing from the shoes. When I called TFG (obviously very upset and angry) the guy over the phone had the nerve to be stroppy with me, speaking to me almost in a condescending manner ( a customer being spoken to like a child). I could hardly believe it. To make a long story short, after a few calls, i managed to arrange a return. I was then assured that this would not happen again. I ordered the shoes again in December after being "assured" I would get the advertised product as displayed. Low and behold, its the exact same pair of shoes in the same damaged box missing straps.

No quality checks, no issue reported regarding to product teams ( if TFG even has those) no recalling the product as clearly the item cannot be sold to anyone else.

TFG - a joke of a place, and I cannot stress enough how far to stay away from them.
