TFG and MBD disrespect

I owe TFG and my account is in arrears. However we have been making arrangements with TFG to pay certain amount everymonth since I have financial problem. I comp**** every month coz I new things will eventually be fine and I pay them what's due.

I was surprised to get a message informing that my account is being handed over to some company called MBD which will call me several times a day and their consultants are very disrespectful and lack professionalism when they call.

Worse today I tried to call TGF to enquiry about why my account was handed over when I've been complying but TFG they kept on transferring me no one was able to answer me. More that 5 consultants I spoke to no one have answers.

I passed off I don't wanna lie. By TFG and more by their company MBD.
