TFG and Archive store online sucks!!!

I've ordered a sneaker on the 2nd of June and upto now they still haven't delivered☹️. I called them on the 5th and they said package has been handed to the courier but the delivery might be delayed by a day or two since they have so many orders. It's been 2 weeks now and still nothing. When I sent them an email with my concern, I only received an automated email saying that they might respond to me in about two weeks, like TF is that! Saying that I'm angry is an understatement! Shelflife delivered my package in less than 4 days and you can't even commit to your promise!
