TFG - AMERICAN SWISS CAUSE OF DECLINE ON HOME LOAN!!!
Our Account was in arrears - I have paid R11261.33 to settle account on the 23/02/2018, only to receive paid up letter weeks later on the 6/03/2018. (i settled RCS on the same day and within 48Hours - It was cleared off the credit bureu) THE AMOUNT FROM TFG (AMERICAN SWISS IS STILL NOT CLEARED and ITS THE 12/03/2018- HEAD OFFICE SAYS IT TAKES 20WORKING DAYS - BASICALLY 4WEEKS TO CLEAR MY NAME - DUE TO THIS ACCOUNT I WONT BE ABLE TO PURSHASE A HOUSE THAT I HAD PUT AN OFFER IN TO BUY!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE BEEN AT UITENHAGE STORE TWICE WITH THE MATTER AND HEADOFFICE HAS STILL NOT BEEN ANY HELP TO FAST PACE THE CLEARANCE - THE ONLY NEED TO UPDATE MY CREDIT PROFILE!
I DONT SEE WHY THEY CAN T CLEAR MY NAME WITHIN 48HOURS LIKE ALL THE OTHER PLACES...
IAM DISGUSTED WITH THE AFTER SALE & SERVICE OF TFG!!!
BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF SERVICE IAM GOING TO LOSE MY DREAM HOUSE!!
