TFG AGENT RUDE AT MY WIFE CLOSE MY ACCOUNT

Please close my account with immediate effect. I cannot tolerate your call centre agents that are rude at my wife. My wife does all the translation for me. I am French speaking. If you can listen to the previous recordings, she is the one who does all the talking. I will not let her to be humiliated by you for assisting me.

Even.when i collected the card in menly, she did the translation for me. I just asked her to pay the account in full. Close that account immediately and never call her again.
