TFG ACCOUNT IS DE*****ING ME😡

This account is ripping me off. There is a debit order for 4th of every month, they deducting money every month but the amount does not change, I have subscriptions I know nothing of and the store can't help me, it is impossible to cancel them and they have been taking my money for months. The call centre is hopeless, whatsapp services do not cover the subscriptions and I know it's intentional. Why must it be so hard to cancel these things?
