TFG account is a ****

I have had TFG account for few years and when I tried closing it in January, I was surprised in February to find that I still owe some money and my account has not been closed, I went to the store where I closed off the account and they called customer service and CS confirm led that they made a mistake they will close my account ASAP but up to date my account hasn't been closed yet... I have also been called by the debit team in March to confirm if they should stop the debit and I said that I closed my account in Jan but they said your account is till active. CS called me after the debit team and they said my account will be closed but still Nothing has Changed and I have requested the confirmation of the closing the account but NOTHING has been sent to me.. TFG IS A ****😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
