Please assist me with this issue, I have paid R2000 on the 23 of December 2022 on my foshini account, now they are telling me the money doesn't reflect on their account, I've sent them proof of payment, they are ignoring me, instead they are harassing me and they say they are charging me for late payment fees and it is going to be on my berue, I'm trying to keep my credit profile on good term, and they are making me miserable, I always pay my account on time with my bank app every month and they receive the money every month, now I paid R2000 they are telling me the money doesn't reflect, I went to the store on the 3rd of January 2023, they said the money will reflect in 5 working days, but they keep on harassing me with SMS and they blocked my account, please assist me please.
