TFG Account

I have been calling and emailing customer TFG customer service regarding my account that has been blocked or whatever, I cannot seem to make payments but it shows on credit record that I am missing payments. TFG tele agents cut the phone when i call and they do not respond to any emails. Worst service ever, I just need to clear this so I can never deal with them again.
