TFG account ****

I find out on the 13 May 2025 that I owe TFG R2000. I took the cloths for R900 a year ago, and I have been paying well my account, thou they have not been sending an statement to cover their *****. I immediately called them and number 086 no longer exist, I manage to get the 021 number I spoke with one of their rude agent, she told me that I have 4 insurance policies with TFG that I did not apply for. Please investigate and rectify this ****.
