TFG Account

Review on behalf of my aunt: Nokwanda Sithole. I am very disappointed on TFG and their account. I had an account with them and paid more than what they wanted in a month. I started noticing that I was paying my account but there was no difference. Only to find out that there are insurance products that I was not told about and I never requested for them. I went to Jet and asked them to close my account and I will continue to settle my credit. They didn't and when my statement came this month I was surprised to see it went up by R500 and they never closed my account found out when I called their call Centre. I would advise that you don't go for TFG, it's a **** paying for something you don't know and never made aware of.
