TFG account

I have an account with The Fochini Group. I had a balance of 6.4k in Dec 2020. So i made arrangements at the Fochini store to pay in installments of 1k per months. A couple of days later i received a letter saying that my accound has been handed over. After the hand over paid 3k and was left with 3.4k. I received a statement showing me that balance. That was my last statement from them. After that I've since been paying and haven't been receiving statements and then i realized ive gone above the 3.4k that i owe and called to ask for a statement. And a statement was sent to me saying i still owe 2.5k. I was surprised because i paid 3k in Dec. Paid 2k over the months and another 3k. I then paid the 2.5k. I was told i couldn't close tge account immediately. Now i went to close it ajd it says im still owing
