I placed an order the 2nd of December, been with the courier since the third of December, it is now the 15th of December. Was told it would be delivered on a weekend, availed myself to receive absolutely nothing. All I'm being told is there is a "backlog". Asked for a refund, waited an entire day just to find out it wasnt done. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY SERVICE IS PATHETIC!
